Active Contacts

When a contact signs in to your service or logs in to the chat box, they will appear in the active contacts list. You can browse all active contacts under Contacts > Active. To view details for a specific contact, click on the contact’s name. To initiate a new chat with a contact, click the Add Chat icon next to their name.
