Create a Tool for AI Agent

In the navigation bar, go to Bots > Tools, then click "Create". You can create multiple tools in an Organization. In the "Create Tool" page, provide the following details:

• Name of tool

• Description of tool

• Select "Type" (App, Work or OpenAPI)

• Visibility (Internal or External)

• App Action (If App is selected)

• Agent variables, action payload and action result (If App is selected)

• Work Box (If Work is selected)

• OpenAPI Schema & Request header key and value (If OpenAPI is selected)

You can also provide an alternative name and alternative description for the LLM. To do so, check or uncheck:

• Provide alternative “Name” for LLM

• Provide alternative “Description” for LLM
