Conversation Status

Conversation statuses are displayed beside each conversation in the "Conversations" page.

• Resolved: The conversation has been closed by either an AI agent or a human operator.

• In progress: The conversation is open and still ongoing.

Additional statuses are shown next to the user:

• New: The conversation has not been opened by a human operator. The conversation may still be active or closed by an AI agent.

• Tester: The conversation was initiated by a testing user.
