In each chat box, you can define instructions to guide its behavior. These instructions can include AI agents, humans, dates, tags, or custom dynamic data.

You can also program the chat box using natural language instructions. For example, you might instruct it to delegate tasks to specific agents or automatically add a tag when the conversation covers a certain topic.

To add an instruction, go to Chat > Chat Boxes, then select a chat box > Instructions. After making your changes, click "Submit" to save them.

Example of instructions:

This chat box is for Legal Excel Pte Ltd. Direct all financial legal questions to {{agent A}}. If a question cannot be answered, escalate to {{human}} and add the {{urgent}} tag.
