Add or Remove Notices in Chatbox

A notice is a banner displayed at the top of the chat box for users to see. It is commonly used to share opening hours, holiday updates, or other important information. You can add multiple notices to a single chat box.

To add a notice, go to Chat > Chat Boxes, then select a chat box > Notices > press "Add".

Click the Remove button next to the notice to delete it.

After making your changes, click "Submit" to save them.
