How to add a section in a category.

Within a knowledge base category, you can organize content into sections. Each category supports up to five sections. If you prefer not to create a section, select the Default section before adding an article.

To create a section:

  1. From the navigation bar, go to Knowledge > Knowledge Bases.

  2. Select a knowledge base, then choose a category.

  3. Click "Create Section".

In the Create Section dialog, provide the following:

  • Name

You can also specify an alternative name for the LLM by checking or unchecking the option:

  • Provide alternative “Name” for LLM
