Roles in an Organization

Owner

The creator of the Organization. The Owner has full control over the Organization and cannot be removed from this role.

Admin

Appointed by the Owner. Admins have full control over the Organization but cannot remove the Owner.

Billing

Responsible for managing subscriptions and payments.

Messaging

Limited to accessing and managing the chat system.

Knowledge Base

Limited to creating and managing the Knowledge Base.

An account can be assigned multiple roles within the same Organization.
