How to filter conversations.

By default, the conversations can be filtered by "Unresolved", "Human Operator handled", "Unread" in the Conversations page.

  • Unresolved: Conversation marked as unresolved status.

  • Human Operator handled: Conversation which has been taken over by human operator.

  • Unread: Conversations not opened by a human operator.

To create a custom filter, click the filter button and choose “Create Filter.” You can then build a filter using tags or custom data. To delete a custom filter, click the filter button and select “Manage Filter,” locate the filter you want to remove, and click the remove button next to it.
